The Shelf Confidence Club is a 6-week in-person small group program designed to help busy women build strength, confidence, and consistency through in-person strength training, balanced nutrition, and lifestyle habits that stick.

This program includes two weekly in-person strength sessions, (glute emphasis for a well rounded backside), a flexible nutrition guide with weekly strategies and coaching, and tools to track your daily lifestyle habits that help support your strong body goals! Each week, you’ll receive mind + soul exercises to keep you inspired and connected to your journey.

With a focus on community, accountability, and personal growth, The Shelf Confidence Club empowers you to lift heavier, live healthier, and feel unstoppable.
